Looking to start Pilates classes in Norwich? We are based near Waitrose in Cringleford and have friendly small beginners pilates classes, as well as advanced and specialist classes. You can choose to work one to one on the apparatus or join a matwork or reformer class or a studio session. 

Daytime beginners class starting on Friday 2nd November at 8.55am with Lottie 

Join our Pilates Stability Ball Classes on Wednesday mornings at 10.15m add some challenge

and extra fun to your practice!

Homework Workshop for those with pilates experience, learn routines to release tight backs and hips

The Pilates Method builds strength, tone and stretches the body. It uses the systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns to change how you move.

Using specialised apparatus, Pilates works by toning muscles, as well as balancing muscular force at the joint level. It stimulates circulation,increasing flexibility, joint range of motion,alignment and its fun.

Regular Pilates practice promotes new neuromuscular patterns, heightened body awareness and precise co-ordination making sport and leisure activites easier.
