We ask that you complete an Enrolment Form which will enable us to assess, in confidence, whether you may need to adapt the way you exercise.

Please wear socks, preferably non slip in the Studio and legging or workout clothing with no zips (to protect our apparatus).

We have a cloakroom should you wish to get changed before or after your session.

* No allowance is made for classes booked but not taken
** All studio and private sessions booked as a block of 10 are to be taken within a six month period.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel Private, Duet, Studio 'in person' classes.

Any class not cancelled by yourself within the notice period detailed above will be charged for in full. Currently we have to maintain time between each class for the room to ventilate and be cleaned. This has reduced the teaching capacity of each teacher significantly.

Please do not come to the studio if you are unwell.

Group sessions require a minium of two clients to be booked in for them to run as programmed.

Please note that no-one is available to answer the Studio telephone at the weekend so if your session is on a Monday please cancel by emailing the Studio or contact your teacher directly.
